It is important to AoN Implants that its Users are always made aware of which personal data is collected during their visit on the Website, use of its services as well as how such data is utilized. c. Online and Offline Advertising. Upon accessing the Website, User’s consent to receipt of client satisfaction surveys, information about AoN Implants products and events, and to receive the AoN Implants newsletter via email.
In the event a User registers or places an order, User consents to AoN Implants’ use of Personal Data for customer analysis, contest announcements and advertising.
d. Right to Object to Advertising. A User may opt out at any time from receipt of advertising or other electronic mail received from AoN Implants.

e. Online Applications. When an individual applies online for a job opening, training opportunity or internship with AoN Implants, the person’s information is used for the sole purpose of processing the application in consideration of the candidate. Upon applying for a job opening, training opportunity or internship, AoN Implants shall store the information for 6 months at which time the Personal Data shall be deleted from the system.
f. Sale of Personal Information. AoN Implants does not sell Personal Data to any third parties.
g. Right to Know and Right to Deletion (Only applicable to California Residents). Users residing in California have the right to request that AoN Implants disclose what Personal Information or Data is collected, used and disclosed. Furthermore, the User shall have the right to request that AoN Implants delete the Personal Information or Data collected or maintained by AoN Implants. In order to comply with a request for information or deletion and verify the identity of the requester, AoN Implants may require the requester to verify up to 3 pieces of Personal Information maintained by AoN Implants. III. Cookies and Web Tracking
a. Cookies. Cookies are used in some areas to optimize our Website to make it user-friendly and to fit the User’s needs. “Cookies” shall mean small text files stored locally on the User’s hard drive. When a User’s visit is over and the browser is closed cookies are automatically deleted.
